I have been thoroughly impressed with my stay here. The phenomenal staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their attentive service truly stands out. The manager is always very kind and welcoming during every interaction; you can really tell she takes pride in what she does and wants to make this a great stay for everyone. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and they have a great cable selection. Conveniently located near Horrocks, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Jessica and April were really patient with my calls and very helpful. Location is in the middle of lots of restaurants and near the highway. And room was honestly the cleanest Red Roof Inn room I've stayed in Red Roof rooms since around 2007. Hope staff keeps up the good work.
Friendly staff, rooms are a little dated but what do want for the price. Everyone who works there goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I know I'm asking for a lot but if they could just install an elevator from the 1st to 2nd floor that would make get 6 stars!
As a traveling Union electrician, I've met over a dozen Brothers staying here passing by. It isn't the fanciest place but I left for a pricier place and it did not hold muster. We came back because the service and quality we experienced here was second to none. The staff are all incredible and do more than any hotel I have stayed at. The reputation here is not the best, but it is nothing like what I have been told. And the manager is incredible and takes pride in trying to make it a much better experience. If you want a solid stay, the rooms are clean and tidy. And if you want a community experience if you're going to be around for a while , I wouldn't expect anything more.
